This will be the 7th Year the event is hosted by Headz Up Business, taking place in Birmingham, at a prime central location, with easy access to rail, road and bus. Over the years, this event has attracted hundreds of women decision makers across the region, UK and has grown year on year, attracting all industries, sectors and it’s not surprising when you take a look at research indicating more women are in work, with the notable trend of even more setting up businesses than ever before.
The Women In Business Expo, is currently the UK’s only work and business show aimed at helping, supporting women business owners, professionals, mums re-train, start-up or grow a business and to challenge stereotypical barriers, challenges that face women and work. It recognises that women need an event which they can share their challenges, experiences raising children, work and connecting with other women that understand, can help them with their business journey. There is two parts to the expo. A dedicated expo area which has stall holders providing a wide range of business support; from advice, help with every aspect from setting up a business to information, suppliers with solutions to business growth, website, email marketing, sales, marketing, training, PR, financial, funding, accounting, legal, digital and social media. Previous events have been hugely successful, with many of the ladies since talked about the partnerships, collaborations they have built as a result of attending. Whether you are already established, a professional working for a company or a new start-up entrepreneur, the event has something to offer whatever level your business is at. The expo takes place with YOU in mind, with a travel friendly time to do business, with a venue with easy access and in the heart of Birmingham. The event includes a 'business fashion show' with a runway showcasing many talented, successful business owners. The business fashion runway has been a huge success in attracting audiences to our events.
