Create breathtaking flowers with loose and transparent watercolor. This class will cover common flower shapes (trumpet, sphere, star, bowl) and watercolor techniques (wet on wet, wet on dry, and drybrush). Whether you are a beginner or a more experienced painter, you’ll find this class to be fun and supportive while honing your observation and watercolor painting skills.
Through fun exercises and projects, you’ll master the wet-on-wet, wet-on-dry, and dry brush techniques. You’ll learn about the properties of your paint.

This class is appropriate for beginners and intermediate painters. Covers basic watercolor painting techniques and provides individual assistance. No prior experience is required. Intermediate painters will gain a deeper understanding of the foundational concepts of watercolor through practice and guidance.
Pam Benoit is an award-winning teacher with a lengthy career teaching communication at universities. She has taught watercolor classes at Forstall and Four Seasons Gallery. She loves helping other artists find their joy through watercolors.
