IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:

Due to COVID you will need to bring your own mat, blankets, cushions and yoga props.
You will be required to wear a face mask whilst in the communal areas. You will not need to wear a mask once on your mat.
The Buddhist Centre is strictly vegetarian, please do not bring a lunch that contains meat or fish.
If you feel ill and are unable to make the day retreat, we will happily transfer the funds to a future event, or you can sell your space to someone else.
If we are unable to run the event due to lockdown restrictions, we will provide a full refund.
