This December, we’re closing the year with something special: a workshop that brings together intention-setting, vision boarding, and end-of-year reflection, alongside a warm and joyful Christmas celebration for the MPC community.

Expect a relaxed, festive atmosphere complete with mince pies, Christmas crackers, non-alcoholic mulled wine, seasonal decorations, and space to connect and unwind with others.

Ronaldo Hare and Dr Su Lee will guide you through a reflective and energising process to help you:

• Look back on 2025 with clarity
• Set meaningful intentions for 2026

• Map simple, practical steps to bring your goals to life

Ronaldo Hare is a brand and content strategist who helps founders and organisations communicate with clarity, confidence, and consistency across every platform. With a background in creative direction and systems-led content planning, he specialises in shaping authentic personal brands that bring vision, messaging, and execution into alignment.

As a creative partner to leaders and community-focused initiatives — including his work with the Men’s Prosperity Club — Ronaldo is passionate about using storytelling, structure, and intentional design to elevate how people show up in the world. His calm, strategic insight paired with a human-first approach supports clients to move from uncertainty to a grounded, confident brand presence rooted in purpose.

Dr Su Lee is a certified Life Coach, trained through ICF-accredited programmes, who specialises in helping high-achieving men gain clarity, confidence, and control in life, love, and work. With a PhD in Microbiology and a unique blend of scientific rigour and intuitive coaching, Su creates safe, transformative spaces where men can drop the mask and do the real inner work.

As a Community Partner at Men’s Prosperity Club CIC and Associate Coach with The Lighthouse Charity, she is passionate about redefining men’s mental health through authenticity and practical tools. Su combines sharp, no-nonsense insight with deep emotional understanding, helping clients move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed into a life of purpose, alignment, and intentional growth.
