UK Homes Network LIVE

UK Homes Network LIVE is a Birmingham property networking night for people who actually do deals. On Thursday 26 February 2026, from 6pm till late, we are taking over The Indian Brewery for an evening of proper conversations, introductions and opportunities.

This is not a seminar, and there are no speakers or formal talks. It is a relaxed, high energy environment where landlords, property developers and investors can meet face to face, swap ideas and line up new projects. Think of it as a real world version of your favourite property app, with the added bonus of fresh beer and Indian street food.

If you usually avoid “property events” because they feel like cold calling in a conference room, this will feel different. There are no rows of chairs or long PowerPoint decks. Instead, you will find shared tables, hosted intros from the UK Homes Network team and a crowd that is fully focused on development, investment and long term relationships

The setting matters. The Indian Brewery is built inside a converted industrial building in central Birmingham, part of the wider regeneration story that has reshaped the city.
