The abstract submission window is 1st – 29th March 2026 for oral and poster presentations. Trainee delegates in all roles who are accepted for a presentation will be entered for the William Tong Prize.The conference is aimed at biomedical scientists, clinical scientists, medical specialty trainees, nurses, researchers, and consultants with an interest in viral infections causing human disease. Bursaries of up to £300 are available for individuals in non-consultant roles within CVN member organisations. Bursaries can be put towards delegate fees, accommodation, and travel, and will be reimbursed with receipts. To apply for a bursary:Contact Maggie.Hopper@nhs.net, submissions should be returned by 29th March 2026. Priority will be given to individuals who are giving oral / poster presentations at the conference.
