6â7 miles | ~8 min pace
No walking. No chill. Just you, the trail, and a serious burn. Perfect for seasoned runners looking to push hard and crush hills.
đââď¸ Intermediate Group
5 miles | ~10 min pace
Strong and steady with one quick regroup. Great for runners who like a challenge but still enjoy the social side of trail time.
đ Fast Fun Group
4.5 miles | ~11â12 min pace
Keeps things moving but still knows how to have a good time. Youâll get a solid run in without racing, and itâs always a supportive crew.

4 miles | ~12 min pace + walk hills
A chill but active group that runs the flats and downs, walks the climbs, and regroups when needed. Itâs a great mix of movement, scenery, and community.
⨠Beginner Group
3 miles | ~12 min pace + more breaks
Perfect for new runners and those who want a more relaxed week. We mix in plenty of walkingâespecially on hillsâbut still keep a steady running rhythm on the flats. Itâs a supportive space whether you're just starting out or giving your legs a breather from a tougher week.
đś Walk/Hike Group
2.75 miles | Brisk pace
Not a leisurely strollâwe keep a steady pace and cover ground. Some weeks itâs a flat walk on the BMRR South Trail, other weeks we hike to the old mines and along Ike Maston for some elevation. A fun way to explore the park and stay active.
