Are there minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Recommended for ages 11 and up. Children under the age of 4 will not be permitted into the theatre.

What's the refund policy?
You may request a refund up to one day before the event date. Refunds the day of or after performances will not be granted.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You may either bring your printed ticket, or provide an ID (e.g., Driver's License, student ID) of the person who placed the order.
How do I select my seats?
All seating is general admission. The audience chamber seats only 70 people, and we expect capacity or near-capacity crowds. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to claim a seat. Please do not leave open seats in between you and other patrons.
What is your policy on late arrivals to the theatre?
Late seating is at the discretion of the house manager. Late arrivals may be asked to delay their entrance until a suitable moment within the production.
