Join us for a nourishing seasonal practice as we honour the light, energy, and renewal of the Summer Solstice through movement, breath, and deep rest.

This special workshop weaves together slow flowing Sun Salutations with gentle Somatics-inspired Yoga to help you reconnect with your body, calm the mind, and restore balance within.

Through mindful movement and breath awareness, you will explore how to move ease, softness, and presence during this powerful turning point of the year.

What is the Summer Solstice?

The Summer Solstice marks the longest day and shortest night of the year — a celebration of light, vitality, abundance, and growth.

For centuries, cultures around the world have gathered at this auspicious time to honour nature, reflect on personal growth, and welcome the fullness of the season.

This workshop offers space to pause, reconnect, and realign with yourself through Yoga and wellbeing practices designed to uplift and restore. 

Whether you are seeking energy, grounding, clarity, or simply a moment of calm, this is an opportunity to move intentionally and celebrate the season in a wonderful community.


What to expect:
Grounding breathwork.
Slow flowing Sun Salutations.
Gentle Somatic Yoga for nervous system regulation, to rest and restore.
A soothing Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep) to close.
Light, seasonal refreshments available.

Yoga Borne is a truly welcoming environment for everyone to come as they are and do what works for them!

This workshops does rely on the individual being able to make it up and down off the mat.

Suitable for beginners and beyond. 

No previous experience is necessary.

Come celebrate the height of summer with movement, rest, and connection!

All equipment is provided for your convenience and comfort, in our serene studio space in the heart of Stirchley Village.

Workshops are not included in monthly memberships and should be purchased via the Yoga Borne shop. To receive a members discount, contact us via email before purchase. (Not available in conjunction with any other discount).
