We’re beginning the day with a sacred Cacao Ceremony and Guided Shamanic Meditation, held by Nichola Hemming and Shaman Dave White.
As the sun reaches its peak and the Earth radiates with light, we’ll gather in ceremony to ignite the fire within, connect to ancient wisdom, and journey deep into the soul.
You’ll be served ceremonial cacao (optional extra, charged at £10 pp, prebooking essential.), a heart-opening plant medicine that supports inner connection and emotional clarity, preparing you for a transformative journey.
With Dave’s rhythmic drumming guiding us and Nichola’s intuitive meditation and energy work, this will be a heart-opening activation to honour the Solstice and step into the light of your fullest self.

** 12:30pm - 1pm : Goddess & Violet Flame Meditation (Lorna Gray) **
Take some time out for yourself and join Lorna: (Angelic Reiki and Violet Flame channel and healer) for this talk on the energies of summer solstice, the current energies and how they may be affecting us, including how to ground and protect yourself so as to not give your power away
We will then move into a deep guided meditation to cleanse and clear our energy systems with the violet flame then we will bring in and anchor the solstice energies and the Goddess energies to bring balance, equilibrium and peace so you can shine your beautiful light just as you are meant to.

** 2pm - 3pm : Talk of the Tao (Rosie Edgington) **
Talk of the Tao is a relaxed in-person circle to explore Taoism, Qigong, meridians, and mindful living - tuning into nature’s wisdom during the solstice.
You’ll gain fresh perspective, deeper connection to your energy, and simple tools to bring balance into everyday life.
This exciting event is free to attend and open to all!
