Stand Tall & Walk Sassy

Get ready to feel EMPOWERED this 2019 with The Empowerment Project's Launch Event:

‘Stand Tall & Walk Sassy’ - A dance empowerment workshop open to all women age 16+ to improve the confidence and motivation of young women to become their BEST self. We're going to be joined by some of the UK's most empowering women and hear their insights and experiences in combatting body confidence, self-esteem and set-backs to purse their biggest aspirations.

SASSY DANCE WORKSHOP

To start the workshop we'll have a fun, sassy and beyonce-style dance class - it's completely open to all abilities (You don’t have to be a pro dancer nor do you have to have ever danced before!) It will be a warm, welcoming and friendly environment to try something completely new and meet new people if you're coming alone! Be assured it is a safe space to be yourself and feel the magic of bringing out your inner-sass.

FAQs

Can I Come On My Own?

YES - Please don't feel put off by coming alone - It is such a warm and welcoming environment with all the girls getting to know eachother and just having fun.

What Shoes Do I Wear?

Anything you're comfortable in, avoid black soled shoes. A lot of girls usually wear Heel Boots or trainers to events.

Will I be the only one that hasn't danced before?

Absolutely not! Guaranteed a lot of women who attend won't have much if any experience in dance and are just there to try something new and have fun! The routine is taught in a way that allows for both expereinced dancers and newbies to be completely comfortable with it.
