Soothing Saturday: Restorative Sound Bath with Jessica Carmon

Join us for an intimate sound bath led by Jessica Carmon, founder of ReSourced Apothecary and holistic esthetician, community herbalist, and sound healing practitioner. Jessica will guide participants in a calming acoustic journey designed to help set intentions for the new year and deepen one’s connection with body, mind, and the natural world.

The session will be held in the Callahan Gallery featuring the art of South and Southeast Asia, offering a serene and intimate setting for reflection and renewal. Free to attend, but with limited capacity, registration is required to reserve your spot.
