SITR 1:1 Support Surgeries for Charities and Social Enterprises


Are you looking to raise investment using Social Investment Tax Relief?

Are you looking to apply for SITR advance assurance?

Do you have specific queries or issues about SITR that are unique to your organisation and are not covered in the resources provided by GET SITR?

And would one-to-one time with Neil Pearson, Partner at Mills & Reeve and SITR Tax Expert be helpful to help you move forward with your SITR plans?

If the answer to any of the questions above is yes then get in touch. Big Society Capital has five one-to-one sessions available in Birmingham on 14 March 2019 between 9am and 4pm. These 30-45 minute sessions can be attended in person at Mills & Reeve's office or subject to arrangements over phone/skype.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR PLACE

To qualify for this free support you will need to:


Complete a SITR Preliminary Questionnaire: this will need to be returned in advance of your session by email along with a copy of your constitution and the latest set of accounts

You can agree that any learning (subject to any commercial sensitivity) as a result of the consultation can be shared as part of our SITR Knowledge Bank

GET SITR is an awareness raising campaign delivered by Big Society Capital, Funded by DCMS and in association with a number of sector partners.

The campaign aims to help more eligible social enterprises and charities understand what SITR is and help organisations to overcome barriers by providing free resources and professional support with the aim of sharing any learning as widely as possible.

It is an initiative led by Big Society Capital in partnership with: the CIC Association; CIC Regulator; Community Shares Company; Power to Change and Community Shares Unit.
