Former bands include The Day, Parma Violets and, the 80’s indie outfit, Felt, playing on two of their ten albums. His writing is inspired by songwriting greats such as Brian Wilson, Elvis Costello, Paul Simon and Nick Drake. Tom Robinson (BBC introducing) said: ‘’… a beautifully crafted piece of topical songwriting’’ – He’s been “honing his craft as a songwriter for 30 years, and it shows’’.

This is Tony’s favourite venue and tonight he’ll be joined by ace musicians Richard Sames, Hank Hastings and Paul Carroll.

With a bag full of folksy pop tunes ranging from the achingly beautiful ’The Train’ to the life affirming ‘DIY for Butterfly’, you’re in for treat.
