Shake Your Soul

Kick off FAR's 75th anniversary with a special Shake Your Soul fundraiser! Led by dance/movement specialist Jessica VanValkenburgh, Shake Your Soul is a unique and invigorating approach to body-spirit fitness, incorporating elements of movement therapy, qijong, yoga, and dance. It is appropriate for all levels of movement/dance experience and fitness.

This Shake Your Soul fundraiser will be held at FAR in Knox Auditorium. Participants should wear clothes they are comfortable moving in and should bring a water bottle to class.

Tickets:
Single ticket- $30
Group of 3- $75

Our goal is to raise $750 for our 75th anniversary. We encourage you to bring two friends and enjoy a fun night out!
