Close out the year with deep rest and gentle reflection. This restorative yoga class offers calming postures, supported savasana, and nourishing yoga nidra practice to restore your energy. We'll end with heartfelt journaling ritual to welcome what you desire in the new year.
After class, enjoy journaling prompts to deepen your reflection and a warm cup of tea to ground and connect.
