The Redeemed Life: Re-discovering Me Workshop is a safe and empowering space for women rebuilding life after domestic abuse, trauma, or mental health challenges.

During this 4-hour wellbeing experience, you’ll be guided through reflection, connection, and action-focused activities designed to help you:

• Reconnect with who you are beyond your past experiences
• Build confidence and rediscover your inner strength
• Connect with a supportive community of women who understand
• Create a simple action plan to continue your healing journey

This is more than a workshop — it’s a step toward wholeness, hope, and rediscovering the beautiful woman you were created you to be.
