Qigong is a gentle movement and breath-work practice rooted in ancient Chinese medicine and Taoist philosophy, designed to cultivate and balance your life force energy, known as Qi.
In this class, you'll be guided through a combination of gentle movement, breath-work, visualisation, and standing meditation to regulate the body and awaken energy.
