Develop your resilience and mindfulness through art by sewing a cuddly animal.The session will start off with an icebreaker or introduction to a new mindfulness skill such as grounding/calm breathing. You will be encouraged to let your creativity flow and craft a positive puppet/motivational mascot. You will be able to take away your mascot/puppet to comfort you and remind you of a new skill you've learnt. No artistic experience is needed, all materials are provided, just come ready to have an enjoyable time!
