💙 November 15th Shadow Work and Pathfinding - £40
10am to 1pm, Castle Bromwich
As we enter the dark nights we will shed some light on the shadow self and create a map to lead you to brighter times.
Shadow work is essential for growth but it is even more important if you are in a time of struggle. The readiness for shadow work shows itself in the will to let go and embrace the future.
Shadow work is most beneficial if you feel that you can't make headway in your path, or are held back from ghosts of the past, or feel too heavy and tired to make necessary changes.
Shadow work involves looking at the root causes of struggles and exploring triggers etc that exist from them.
Pathfinding is about mapping the way forward and identifying; mindful coping mechanisms, beneficial spiritual practices and practical changes which will support your future self.
We will be exploring this through meditative moments, open discussion, private letter writing and creative drawings.
The aim is to identify achievable next steps for your better wellbeing.

All required materials, desired support, full tuition and light refreshments are included.
Please note that a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required upon booking with the remaining balance to be paid on the day.
This workshop can be booked as private group or individual session for those who can't make this date or prefer private sessions.
