The 16th Annual Mutt Strut is back — and we're celebrating The One Where We All Run for a Good Cause! 🐾
Since Hand in Paw turns 30 in 2026, we're going full '90s with a Friends theme. Dust off your oversized flannel, perfect your Rachel haircut, and get ready to pivot your way through Birmingham's favorite dog-friendly 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run — all in support of Hand in Paw's Animal-Assisted Therapy programs.
Runners, walkers, dogs on leashes, kids, strollers — all welcome. No chip timing, just good vibes and four-legged cuteness.
Stick around after the race for the Awards Ceremony, where will will award prizes for fastest runner, slowest dog, top fundraisers, and best costume.
