The new moon marks the beginning of a new lunar cycle, inviting us to slow down, turn inward, and honour the power of rest.

Just as the moon disappears into darkness before beginning to grow again, we too are reminded that renewal starts with stillness.

This deeply relaxing meditation is an opportunity to pause, release the demands of everyday life, and reconnect with yourself.

You'll be guided through calming breathwork, relaxation, and meditation to help quiet and focus a busy mind, ease tension from the body, and restore your energy from within.

Simply sit or lie down, get comfortable, and allow yourself to fully relax.

There is nothing to achieve and nowhere else to be—this is your time to rest, reset, and receive.

Suitable for everyone. No previous meditation experience is needed.
