Join us for our next speaker in our Mindfulness in Action series, Virginia Bunting, a dedicated Transitions Doula and the founder of Living & Dying Awake. She also founded Birmingham Community Deathcare, a grassroots organization that cultivates community-led end-of-life support through education, ritual, compassionate presence, and opportunities for people to gather, learn, and care for one another through death and grief.

Virginia Bunting guides individuals through life's most profound changes, inviting us to use the wisdom of death as spiritual medicine to awaken to the beauty and depth of life itself. Her mission is to help people find peace, joy, and stillness amid life's changes, and to restore death to its true depth as a passage for wonder and awakening.
Virginia brings a unique, holistic perspective to end-of-life care, drawing on two decades of experience across the spectrum of human transition. Her background includes:
Over 13 years as a Birth Doula, childbirth, and lactation educator.
A decade as a Certified Holistic Life Coach and energy healer.
This extensive journey provides a foundation for her current work, which offers holistic support to nurture your body, mind, and spirit.

Whether you are navigating a personal loss, supporting a loved one, or simply seeking a deeper, more peaceful relationship with life’s cycles, this talk will offer insights and grounded compassion.
