We’re so excited to be bringing the festive fun back to Coventry for our third Mental Elf, a 5K walk or run where everyone’s welcome!
Held at the stunning War Memorial Park at 12 noon, this event isn’t just about raising funds, it’s about bringing our community together and shining a light on the importance of mental health and wellbeing, especially during the holiday season. Whether you’re an experienced runner, a casual walker, or just coming along for the festive vibes!
What to Expect
- A relaxed, family-friendly 5K fun run or walk
- Christmas fancy dress (with a prize for the best-dressed Elf!)

Every pound raised supports our vital mental health services across Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire over the Christmas period. So, dust off your elf ears, gather your team, and help us make this the jolliest Mental Elf yet!
