Men’s Support Group - Relaxation and Soundbath

I have created this event as a support group for men only to come and relax to the sound of the Gong, Tibetan & Crystal Singing Bowls.

Join Huda for a sound journey to help combat stress or anxiety and get your energy field back in harmony.

All you have to do is lie down, breathe and listen letting the sound mentally and physically rest you!

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on
Wear thick socks and a hoody to cover your head
Bring a blanket or duvet and pillow.
Water Bottle
Eye pillow (optional)

*Not suitable for pregnant women or people with epilepsy or severe mental health
