Entry fees will apply to these.They will ask each participant to sign a sports waiver, and have reasonable clothing and footwear. There is a moderate degree of physical exertion as part of this session. They will cover the basics of stance, sword and shield technique and counter attacking. This class will be tailored to the specific group on the day.Go on, we all have the fantasy of being on the front lines of Agincourt or Bosworth!The group will then lead observable demonstrations in an arena throughout the day, which are open to all.Tickets: 18+About Birmingham Medieval CombatWe are pleased to welcome Birmingham Medieval Combat (BMC) to our walls, to lead us in a session showcasing the battle skills of men-at-arms in the Fourteenth and Fifteenth Centuries.BMC is a full contact sports team competing in the sport of armoured MMA and Buhurt, based on foot combat tournaments during the 14-15th Century, similar to Jousts.
