Identification of and Provision for More Able Learners

Workshop description:
In the morning you will learn about effective identification of more able learners: how to recognise them, what sources of evidence to use and how this is recorded and communicated.
In the afternoon we will cover what provision works for more able provision that promotes their progress, motivation and enjoyment based on the evidence. You will get to try activities that provide challenge for these learners and start to incorporate these in your planning.
Our professional development workshops are active and evidence-based. This session will be led by Senior Education Consultant, Rebecca Howell.
