Program Overview

This program offers free one-to-one counselling mentoring or coaching for young women aged 16 to 25. Each participant will receive six weeks of personalised support.

Objectives

• Provide emotional support and guidance
• Enhance personal development and self-awareness
• Equip participants with coping strategies and tools for everyday challenges
• Foster resilience and empowerment among young women
