Beginning in darkness, we’ll move through gentle yoga moves as the sun rises, welcoming daybreak and soaking up those early morning rays, to the beautiful backdrop of nature’s sounds.

Following our practice, we’ll take a mindful walk around the gardens, to experience the dawn chorus in all its glory, as the early morning birds greet you with a symphony of chirps, tweets and melodies!
