It is my intention to help people find a deeper connection to their heart energy and inner truth. It is such a pleasure to welcome you all back for this Soundbath mudra meditation event at The Iyengar Yoga Institute on 8th November 2026 at 7pm. This is such a beautiful venue, I love the energy here. There is limited parking plus there is parking on the street.Remember to bring blankets yoga mats and cushions to make yourself comfortable so you can truly enjoy this experience, we also have chairs if you would prefer. Whether you have joined us before or you are new, all are welcome in this inclusive space. Through the gentle resonance of sound, you’ll be guided to release what you’ve been holding onto to clear stagnant or negative energy and to lovingly cut energetic cords that no longer serve your path as we enter the Hindu New Year. This Diwali, step into a sacred space of sound, stillness, and light. As the festival of light invites us to honour the power of light, purity and love.
