Dealing With Difficult Clients

As business owners we deal with many different types of clients, including those who challenge our patience, make us uncomfortable or worried, and in some cases, frightened. Join us on February 26 for a round table discussion on managing and working with “difficult clients.” Our panel will lead the discussion, as well as provide tips and suggestions to enhance effective interactions with difficult clients. Learn how to increase the safety of your business and facilitate your sanity as a business owner.

About the presenters:

Kimberley Ackerson: In 2006, Dr. Ackerson became Board Certified in Forensic Psychology through the American Board of Professional Psychology. To date she has one publication published and has presented more than 20 presentations. Dr. Ackerson has prepared more than 1,500 forensic-based reports with more than 40 court appearances in state and Federal courts, as well as Domestic/Family courts.

Beth Nigri: In 1994, Vic Nigri started The Fitness Center to provide one-on-one personal training and overall health and nutrition services. At the time, Beth was a special education teacher with Birmingham City Schools, but she joined her husband’s business in 2003 and provides evaluation and nutrition services for clients, along with marketing for the business.

Sandra Cleveland: Sandra is a partner and wealth manager at BCR. She values the long-term client relationships as they celebrate their achievements, not just in moving towards their goals, but in having peace of mind that they are on track to achieve their future dreams.
