Dealing With Difficult Clients
As business owners we deal with many different types of clients, including those who challenge our patience, make us uncomfortable or worried, and in some cases, frightened. Join us on February 26 for a round table discussion on managing and working with “difficult clients.” Our panel will lead the discussion, as well as provide tips and suggestions to enhance effective interactions with difficult clients. Learn how to increase the safety of your business and facilitate your sanity as a business owner.
