Monika weaves together circle dances, breathing techniques, traditional folk music, and creative arts, offering an inclusive experience shaped by cultural heritage and holistic wellbeing.Make Share Heal warmly welcomes women from Ukraine, Poland, and across Central and Eastern Europe, as well as local women navigating similar challenges. All women—migrant and non-migrant alike—are welcome to join.
