If your shirt size is 2XL-4XL your price is $5.00 more. We are doing airbrush shirts this year. the final date to RSVP is March 31, 2026. the Following Monday, April 6, 2026, the first payment will be due to secure and pay for the tent in full. The payment amount on the tent will be decided once all RSVP's are in. Any RSVP's after March 31 will not be taken, and NO TICKET, NO SKATE. Payments for alumni shirts will be taken April 30, 2026. We will use the same class cashapp $huffmanclass2012 When sending over payments please put your full name and size in the "for" section on cashapp. If your alumni shirt money isn't paid by that date, your order will be cancelled. The final payment for food & minimal decorations (which will be determined by RSVP's) will be due on June 30, 2026. Wristbands will be given out and only to the ones paid in full. You do not have to purchase a shirt but you do have to pay for tent and food to recieve a wristband. Shirts and wristbands will be given out A WEEK prior too the picnic. Every year we have stragglers sliding in for free and honestly we're to old to still be acting like we cant pay to enjoy ourselves. i came out of my pocket way to much last year for ppl saying they're going to pay or come and do this and that and thats not the case. I dont want/need iou's. I know we all have financial burdens but if this isn't something you can do let's not waste time.As always please bring a CHAIR, FAN, FACE TOWEL, or STANLEY CUP.Parking $5 cashWe will also be getting a section for The Plat & Alibi.
