We believe that positive mental health is strengthened through conversation, connection, and community.Our Walk & Talk group is a chance for South Asian men to come together outdoors — to move, talk, reflect, and connect in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Some conversations are easier side by side.Who is this for?This space is for those who identify as South Asian men.We welcome men from all faith backgrounds — Sikh, Muslim, Hindu, Christian, other faiths and spiritualities, as well as those who practise no faith or are agnostic. We welcome all cis and trans men, and non-binary people who feel comfortable in a space that centres the experiences of South Asian men.You’re welcome whether you want to share openly or simply walk and listen.Please note:We are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and confidential environment.
