TAP Series® Online Food Manager Certification Course 

The TAP Series® Online Food Manager Certification Course is to prepare the user for taking an ANSI-accredited (ServSafe®, Prometric, NRFSP) examination.The high quality of presentation and simple to use format is what makes this courses so very effective. The hours of video, audio, and interactive learning games, with all text and narration in English and Spanish, as well as the freedom to take as much time as needed, makes this program a successful alternative to face-to-face training.  Within 24 business hours of registering you will receive your username, password, and a link to training.  You have six months to complete the course.  The online course may be purchased separately or with the exam.

PAS Warranty

Based on studies conducted by major universities on the TAP Series’ Food Safety Manager Certification Program demonstrating exceptional certification examination pass results, TAP Series now offers that any student who fails a nationally recognized food safety certification exam will be retrained at no further cost. To qualify for the Pass Assurance Standards (PAS) program the student need only meet the following requirements.

 

STUDENT REQUIREMENTS: • Student must obtain 90% or better on each lesson. • Student must have taken or have re-taken the sample test within 48 hours of the exam date and scored a 90% or higher. • Student must complete the program within four months from date the student starts the training. • Student must take the exam in the same language as the language selected for the training. If a student completes the four requirements and does not pass one of the nationally recognized food safety certification exams, TAP Series will allow the student to re-take the training at no further cost. Students are required to complete the re-take of the training within 30 days from the failed examination date.The PAS program is the only one offered in the food safety manager training and certification industry.

 


National Registry of Food Safety Professionals Certification Testing

National Registry of Food Safety Professionals develops certification programs for food safety professionals. Industry professionals who should consider these programs include wait staff, chefs, cooks, bartenders, hosts and hostesses, food manufacturers and supervisory personnel, such as the general manager or managers.

1. International Certified Food Safety Manager (ICFSM)

Designed for: Restaurant and commercial food service managers, wait staff, chefs, cooks, bartenders, hosts and hostesses;

This is a Food Safety Manager exam. This exam is accredited by ANSI under both CFP and ISO/IEC 17024 standards. Taking this exam will help you measure how well you understand food safety.

To become an International Certified Food Safety Manager, you must pass the ICFSM exam.



The exam consists of 80 questions and 5 pilot questions that must be completed in 120 minutes.

Questions are multiple choices.

You must achieve a minimum weighted score of 75 to pass.

2. Grocery Store – FSMCE-G

Designed for: General Manager, grocery manager, produce manager, store manager, assistant manager, clerk, barista, cashier, front end associate, deli/dairy/bakery manager, frozen food manager, hand dip or cafe manager, food service clerk, night crew

This is a Food Safety Manager exam. This exam is accredited by ANSI under CFP standards. Taking this exam will help you measure how well you understand food safety.

To become a Certified Grocery Store Food Safety Manager, you must pass the CGSFSM exam.



The exam consists of 80 questions and 5 pilot questions that must be completed in 120 minutes.

Questions are multiple choices.

You must achieve a minimum weighted score of 75 to pass.

3. Convenience Store – FSMCE-C

Designed for: General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, Customer Service Supervisors and Food & Beverage Supervisors, tore Manager, assistant manager, clerk, barista, cashier, front end associate, deli/dairy/bakery manager, frozen food manager, hand dip or cafe manager, food service clerk, night crew 

This is a Food Safety Manager exam. This exam is accredited by ANSI under CFP standards. Taking this exam will help you measure how well you understand food safety.

To become a Certified Convenience Store Food Safety Manager, you must pass the CCSFSM exam.



The exam consists of 80 questions and 5 pilot questions that must be completed in 120 minutes.

Questions are multiple choices.

You must achieve a minimum weighted score of 75 to pass.
