Join Katie and Maz for a night of beginner & improver-friendly line dancing at Birmingham’s hottest new dive bar – Low Places (B9 4AR)!

Whether you've never stepped onto a line dance floor before or you've already caught the bug and want to level up, this night is for YOU.

This isn’t just country… we’re dancing to everything from Morgan Wallen and Luke Combs to Pitbull and Ke$ha. If it’s fun, upbeat and gets you moving, it’s on the playlist 🎶

The night will include:

🤠 Beginner teaches 7:30 - 8:30pm  – perfect if you're brand new to line dancing or still building your confidence. We'll break down the basics, walk through every step, and get you dancing from your very first song.

🔥 Improver teaches 8:30 - 9:30pm – ready to try something a little more challenging? This session is for dancers who have some experience and want to learn new steps, patterns and some of the bigger dances you see on social floors.

Not sure which level you're at? Don't worry! The whole dancefloor is open to everyone. Beginners are welcome to jump into improver dances too - they might take a little longer to nail, but that's how you learn and improve 💪

And if you're a regular at our beginner nights, this is the perfect chance to take that next step and add even more dances to your line dancing toolkit.

We'll break down each dance slowly and clearly, walking through every step and every wall until you're ready to dance it out. No pressure, no judgement - just good music, good people and a lot of fun.

🎶 Between lessons, we’ll open up the floor with some absolute bangers – dance along, chill with your mates, grab a drink and soak up the vibes. Got a song request? We want to hear it!

🕖 Thursday 17th September | Dancefloor opens 7pm - First teach 7:30pm | Dancing 'til 10pm

Access to the dancefloor and participation in the class requires a wristband purchase via Skiddle. Bar entry is free for anyone wanting to come and watch the fun (or if your mates just want to cheer you on from the bar!).
