The purpose of this meeting is to consider executing agreements with applicants for the Lot Lease, Clear Title Ownership, and Rehab & Shovel Ready Programs, to rescind a previously approved resolution for the Rehab & Shovel Ready Program, and Release of Restrictive Covenants, to consider authorizing a Release of Restrictive Covenants, to consider exercising the option to regain title to properties with existing Land Bank contracts, or take such further action as may be conducted or taken at a meeting of the Board of Directors.
