Drawing on a journey that began with the architectural foundations of mathematics and computing and led to the leadership of the Aston-Capgemini Centre of Excellence for Enterprise AI, Alexeis discusses why technical speed is a liability without human governance. He introduces his views on the ‘Two Loops’ of the modern enterprise: a framework to ensure that as we delegate autonomy to machines, we increase our human accountability for the results. Using real-world insights from his work with global industry, this lecture provides a strategic blueprint for the next generation of leaders.
