According to the latest media reports, today's adolescents are in the midst of a mental health crisis, and it's all because of their phones. But how much of it is actually true? This talk will unpack the science behind the headlines, breaking down the latest psychological research about this turbulent period of life. There is some cause for concern - adolescence has always been a period of risk, and phones can certainly add to the problem. But there are reasons to be hopeful too.
