In this unique workshop, Lois will guide you gently through a series of meditations and exercises to connect with your inner self, the part of you who is continual contact with Source energy but who most of us drown out in the everyday hustle and bustle.
Once the connection has been made, Lois will help you explore the best ways this inner peace can be reflected on the outside in your everyday life. As a result you will leave feeling empowered, calm and secure in the knowledge that you always have direct access to the wisdom within, whether through getting to know your higher self or strengthening your existing connection to Spirit.
