This is your invitation to join my 
“From your head to your heart retreat day” ❤️ 

A nervous system reset to bring you back to yourself.

A beautiful day of relaxing yin yoga, yoga nidra 😴 guided meditation, Reiki and shamanic-infused sessions designed to gently bring you out of your head and back into your heart.

This will also be my VERY FIRST fundraising day for my new Community Interest Company, The Butterfly Effect Wellness CIC 🦋💛

I created the CIC with a passion for supporting parents and carers with stress management and nervous system regulation tools, creating a ripple effect of wellbeing into families and communities.

So by joining this day, you’re not only giving something beautiful to yourself… you’re helping that ripple begin. 🦋 

This is your invitation to spend a day in complete surrender, as I gently guide you back to the ember of your essence and reconnect you with your own beautiful heart.

A day to step away from the noise of the outside world, and remember what it actually feels like to feel deeply connected to your life again, and to yourself.

With April being the true start of the new year, when spring has sprung and the world starts naturally waking up 🌱 , this is THEE perfect time to pause, get clear, and reconnect with the part of you that knows all the answers without you even thinking 💖🥰💖
