Limited to 10 participants intentionally to preserve the intimacy and sacredness of the container.

Join us for an afternoon of breath, embodiment, mindfulness, meditation, and intentional creation as we gather in the powerful energy just after the Summer Solstice.

This experience is designed to gently guide you inward before bringing your intentions into physical form through clay.

We’ll begin with grounding breathwork, nervous system regulation, energy alignment, and mindful awareness practices to help you settle into the body, quiet the noise of everyday life, and connect more deeply with yourself and the present moment.

From there, you’ll be guided through meditation and visualization before transitioning into the pottery experience where you’ll create meaningful pieces such as altar items, incense holders, or other sacred objects infused with personal intention and symbolism.

Participants will pick out their glaze prior to leaving and their pieces will be completed in the next 3-4 weeks. Finished pieces will be picked up at Beyond Breathing. 

The astrology of the day beautifully supports this work. During our gathering, the Moon shifts from deep, reflective Scorpio into expansive Sagittarius, creating an energetic arc of emotional grounding, release, inspiration, creativity, and empowerment. Combined with the nurturing energy of Cancer season and the lingering illumination of the Summer Solstice, this is a potent time for:

This will be a slow, supportive, sacred, and creatively nourishing afternoon intentionally kept small to allow for deeper connection, presence, and individualized guidance.
