- **Event Description**: Monday Melt Soundbath is a space to slow down, soften, and reset for the week ahead. We start with gentle breath awareness and guided relaxation to help your body settle and your mind drift into a meditative state. From there, you’ll be invited to simply rest and receive the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls and other sound instruments. There’s nothing you need to do, nowhere you need to go — just allow the sound to wash over you and support your nervous system in unwinding.

Mondays at 6:30 PM
Doors open at 6:15 PM
Please enter through the side of the building (right side). Street parking is free after 6 PM.

Cost is $20. Fluffy mats, cushions, bolsters, lavender eye pillows, and blankets are all provided. Just bring yourself and a water bottle.
