🦃 Turkey Day 2025: A Celebration of Wild Turkey Conservation! 🦃
Join us for Turkey Day 2025, a special celebration dedicated to the beauty and conservation of wild turkeys right here in Mississippi!
Using materials from our Flight Path Grant, we’ll dive into the importance of population control and discover how each of us can help support healthy turkey populations in our local communities.
We’re also hoping for a special visit from the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks, who will share fascinating insights into turkey behavior and conservation—and there’s even a chance we’ll get to meet a live turkey!
🎬 To wrap up the day, enjoy a family-friendly movie screening of Free Birds—the hilarious animated adventure of two turkeys teaming up to fight for their freedom.
Bring your family, your curiosity, and your love for wildlife for a day full of learning, laughter, and celebration! All-Ages Welcome!
