The 12th Annual Pathways2Possibilities:P2P Mississippi Gulf Coast Career Expo 2025 will be hosted again this year at the Mississippi Gulf Coast Convention Center located at 2350 Beach Blvd. Biloxi, MS 39531 on Wednesday and Thursday, November 19th & 20th 2025

Pathways2Possibilities:P2P is an interactive, hands-on career exploration experience, designed for 8th graders and older Opportunity Youth, ages 16-24. Professionals representing 19 career pathways/clusters, aligned with the US and Mississippi Departments of Education, engage with students through hands-on activities in their respective fields. Professionals share specifics about their respective jobs and the training and education required to attain their jobs or positions .Each student spends 90 minutes exploring the pathways with educators and chaperones.

P2P debuted in Biloxi, Mississippi in November 2013. The P2P planning team has since hosted over 135,000 Mississippi students representing 49 of Mississippi’s 82 counties.
