Twenty local and regional artists will participate in a one-of-a-kind demonstration of woodblock printing at the YAM. We are excited to present BIG INK on April 25 and 26. Lyell Castonguay, artist and BIG INK founder, will be on-site at the YAM with “The Big Tuna,” a travel-capable, modular press.

This event is open to the public for viewing, learning the printmaking process, discussions with staff and artists. Patrons will have the opportunity to print a sticker on “The Anchovy” a smaller printing press that travels with “The Big Tuna”. The museum will be open on Saturday and Sunday from 10 am – 4 pm for public viewing of the event.
