From 6:00-7:30 am, choose from three amazing workout options: flow through a calming Yoga session, pedal your way to a stronger you in our high-energy Cycling class, or challenge your strength with a Full Body HYROX workout.
After sweating it out, treat yourself to complimentary beverages and snacks while you celebrate the start of the holidays with our fitness community.
