Using a combination of gentle yoga, stretching, breathwork, and Reiki, we work directly with the nervous system and the body’s stress response—supporting both physical and emotional well-being.

Because the nervous system is deeply interconnected, this work can positively impact stress, anxiety, trauma, sleep, and physical tension or chronic discomfort.

This is an integrative experience, bridging clinical understanding with the body’s natural ability to heal when it feels safe, supported, and relaxed.
