This Pride Month offering is a gentle invitation to rest, reconnect, and center ourselves within self-acceptance.

Through the restorative practice of Yoga Nidra, we'll explore themes of self-acceptance, belonging, and nervous system support in a space that celebrates and affirms LGBTQ+ identities and experiences.

The cost for this class is just $15.

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practiced lying down in a comfortable position, with no movement required. This 45min experience is designed to help calm the nervous system, cultivate self-compassion, and offer space to simply be...exactly as you are.
