Mary Beth Beaulieu is new to Women's Connection. She is a facilitator, coach, and speaker who understands that growth looks different in every season of life. With more than 30 years of experience supporting individuals and organizations, she brings a deep respect for the wisdom that emerges through lived experience—the lessons learned, boundaries tested, and values clarified over time.
Mary Beth discovered her passion for leadership development while supporting a large financial institution through a transition to a needs-based, client-centered sales culture. This experience shaped her lifelong focus on how people build trust, practice accountability, and lead with integrity. Committed to achieving meaningful results without sacrificing humanity, Mary Beth expanded her work by becoming a Trained Daring Greatly Facilitator, grounded in Brené Brown’s research and best-selling books.
Mary Beth’s work is rooted in the belief that true courage isn’t about pushing harder, but about leading with honesty, clarity, and compassion. Participants often describe her as warm, grounded, and deeply relatable—someone who creates space for reflection, meaningful conversation, and lasting change.
In this workshop, Mary Beth introduces Living B.I.G., a framework inspired by the work of Brené Brown that explores the powerful connection between Boundaries, Integrity, and Generosity. Participants will examine how these three elements show up in everyday life—at work, at home, and within the relationships that matter most.
Rather than focusing on theory alone, this interactive session invites participants to apply Living B.I.G. to real-life situations: moments when it’s difficult to say no, when expectations go unspoken, or when differing perspectives create distance. Through guided reflection and practical tools, participants will gain greater clarity and confidence, leaving better equipped to show up with courage and care for both themselves and others.
This workshop is ideal for anyone seeking practical tools to set clearer boundaries, live in alignment with their values, and engage with courage and compassion—without apology.
